Refund policy

All items are made to order. We cannot accept returns for change of mind. Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU, made-to-order goods are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right. If your item arrives damaged or defective, email filipe.nevesuk@gmail.com within 14 days with your order number and photos — we will replace, repair or refund at no cost to you. Cancellations accepted within 24 hours of ordering only.
